Can I cancel anytime?
Paid upgrades are currently arranged with support. Contact us and we will confirm any cancellation or plan change before it takes effect.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free plan never requires a card.
What currency will I be charged in?
Paid plan prices and charges are in USD. ExportPilot uses one billing currency and does not publish localized price estimates.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Contact support to request a plan change; self-serve proration is not available at launch.
Is there a free trial?
New accounts begin on the Free plan with no card. If an introductory Starter trial is granted after email confirmation, your Billing page shows the active plan and end date. Otherwise Free continues. There is no automatic paid charge when a trial ends; contact support with questions.
