Open the exact CRM lead and prepare an AI draft, or use Email Builder. Review Context used, Missing context, Facts used and Quality review. Edit and save it; a draft is not a send.

Search results are potential companies, not confirmed purchase intent. A bounded website check can surface public contacts and company signals, but some sites have no direct email or named contact. Keep missing facts unknown and review relevance before outreach.

Use Email Builder for drafting and saved templates, CRM AI Draft for a specific buyer, and Email Analyzer to review existing text. Simple Outreach Packs organize follow-ups; the Outreach Calendar shows upcoming work. Newsletter is for an opted-in subscriber audience, not a substitute for cold outreach.
Outreach and reply-sync instructionsSending safely, without delivery promises
Review your connected sender, suppression rules, daily limits, warmup and emergency-stop status. SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks describe domain authentication; they cannot guarantee inbox placement. A provider accepting a message is different from delivery, an open, a reply or a sale.
Incoming replies require a separately supported, consented reply-sync connection. Connecting outgoing SMTP alone does not synchronize an inbox.
Review before enabling automation
Nothing starts on signup. Scheduled Searches and Outreach Packs have separate controls, eligibility and limits. Review their scope and timing before activation. Older guides may mention Send Console, advanced Sequences or Growth Autopilot; use the current navigation and the product guide for the supported starting points.
Research and Assistant answers need review
Country Intel provides a reviewable brief for a country and product. Check its sources and dates. Ask Assistant uses selected workspace context but does not autonomously search, send or change records. Market digests require separate activation.
