Yes. ExportPilot uses Supabase for database and authentication, with row-level security designed so your workspace data is only accessible to you. Emails are sent through your own Gmail account, and your account credentials are handled securely.

You create a Search Job with your target query, such as "sports goods importers USA". ExportPilot searches the web, finds company websites, and extracts contact emails and decision maker names where they are public. Results appear in your Website Checks list for review.

When you look up a company domain, ExportPilot checks bounded public website pages and extracts visible emails, decision makers, social links, and company signals where they are available.

Search credits are used each time our system searches for buyers on your behalf. The FREE plan includes monthly credits that reset on the first day of each month. Upgrade for higher limits.

Yes. You can search for specific types of buyers, in specific countries, for specific products. The more specific your search query, the better the results.

Connect your Gmail account in Settings, then go to CRM Leads, select a lead, and click Send Email. Choose a template, review the message, and send through the safety gates.

No. Emails are sent through your own Gmail account, so they come from your email address. This improves deliverability and helps build your brand.

To protect your sender reputation, ExportPilot limits daily sends based on your plan. This helps prevent accidental damage to your domain's email reputation.

Sequences are automated multi-step email campaigns. You set up a series of emails with delays between them and add leads. The system sends each email automatically and stops if the lead replies or unsubscribes.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from Settings and Billing. Changes take effect based on the billing rules for your account.

We accept major credit and debit cards globally via Paddle. Pakistani customers can contact support for available local payment options.

All new accounts can start with free access to core ExportPilot tools. Plan-specific trial offers appear on the Pricing page when available.

Yes. Your CRM leads, invoices, templates, and buyer discovery notes belong to your workspace. ExportPilot does not sell user data or share lead data between customers.

Application data is stored in Supabase-hosted infrastructure in the United States, with access controls designed to keep each workspace separate.

ExportPilot works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Mobile browsers are also supported.

Lead import is planned for the CRM. Today, you can add leads manually or create them from Company Profiles and reviewed discovery results.
