Yes. Our FREE plan is available forever with no credit card required. It includes buyer search, CRM leads, invoice builder, calculators, and basic AI tools. Paid plans unlock higher limits, automation, and advanced features.

ExportPilot is built for Pakistani manufacturers, traders, and exporters, especially from Sialkot, Lahore, Karachi, and Faisalabad. Whether you export sports goods, leather products, surgical instruments, textiles, or other goods, ExportPilot helps you find and contact international buyers.

ExportPilot uses authenticated, user-scoped access for account records. Review the Privacy Policy for how information is handled, and connect a supported mailbox only if you want to send outreach.

You start a search with a product and market in mind. ExportPilot returns company websites and available public contact signals for review. A result is a research lead, not proof that a company is a buyer or that a direct contact is available.

Not every company publishes a buyer email or decision-maker name. ExportPilot leaves missing details missing. Review the website evidence, refine your search, or save the lead for later research; review each lead before outreach.

When you check a company domain, ExportPilot examines a bounded set of public website pages and records visible contact or company signals where available. It does not guarantee a named buyer or verified address.

Search credits are used each time our system searches for buyers on your behalf. The FREE plan includes monthly credits that reset on the first day of each month. Upgrade for higher limits.

You can target buyer types, countries, and products in your search. The companies and contacts returned depend on public evidence, so review relevance instead of assuming every result is a fit.

Connect a supported sending mailbox in Settings, open the exact CRM lead, and prepare a message. Review the recipient and text before choosing to send; every send remains subject to safety checks. Searching or creating a draft sends nothing.

Outreach uses the supported mailbox you connect and select. Check the sender and recipient before sending; provider support and delivery depend on your mailbox configuration.

To protect your sender reputation, ExportPilot limits daily sends based on your plan. This helps prevent accidental damage to your domain's email reputation.

Simple Outreach Packs organize scheduled follow-ups for selected leads. Once activated, they may send at the planned times through the same safety gate; review enrollment, timing, and content first. Newsletters use an opt-in audience and are not a shortcut for cold outreach.

Contact support to request a paid upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation. We confirm the plan and billing before a change takes effect; self-serve plan changes are not available at launch.

No payment is collected from this FAQ or the Pricing page. Contact support about a paid upgrade; available payment arrangements and charges are confirmed with you before activation.

New accounts begin on the Free plan with no card required. If an introductory Starter trial is granted after email confirmation, Billing shows your active plan and end date. Otherwise Free continues. There is no automatic paid charge when a trial ends; ask support if you need help.

Yes. Your CRM leads, invoices, templates, and buyer discovery notes belong to your workspace. ExportPilot does not sell user data or share lead data between customers.

Application records are stored using Supabase-hosted infrastructure with user-scoped access controls. See the Privacy Policy for current data-handling details.

ExportPilot works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Mobile browsers are also supported.

Yes. Open CRM Leads and choose Import CSV. Map your columns, review the preview and validation messages, then confirm the import. You can also add a lead manually or save reviewed discovery results. Importing a lead does not subscribe it to a newsletter or send an email.
